✦ Requests & Payment:- Requests made by DMs.- Full payment upfront, after idea discussion.- Payment made through Payoneer.
*My Paypal is currently not working, but this is a trustful platform that you can pay with any method that you want, with the link I will provide you. You don't need an account.- No refunds are allowed once payment has been received.- The client must provide clear, and as many as possible references and specific information on details desired. Pose, clothing, accessories, hairstyles, colors, lights/shadows, expression, etc.- Highly detailed accessories/clothing/tattoos will be charged extra.

- A simple background is included in every order. Colors, shapes, leaves, frames and doodles are acceptable. Any slightly more complex background must be discussed and will be charged extra.- No asking for changes on style of the art. When hiring the service, the client is agreeing to receive an artwork within my personal style, as references provided in the examples, all my pages, social media and during negotiating.- Once payment has been received, any requests of extra items/elements/props/details on the artwork that were not negotiated initially must be negotiate within new proper fees.- Slots are taken in order of requests. If all slots are filled by the time you contact me, you’ll be put on the waitlist and will have priority the next time I open more slots.- I have the right to reject requests I’m not comfortable with. Please be aware of my ‘DO's’ and ‘DON'Ts’ when requesting me. Be respectful.

✦ Uses of the commissioned artwork:- These prices refer to commissioned artwork for personal uses only. Commercial use is not allowed. To post, credits must always be given. If you want an artwork to use it commercially, you can contact me to negotiate the proper fees.- Personal uses may include: usages of the art on any personal social medias and accounts, with credits; using of the art within promotion on any personal matter; printing and uses in personal products only, for itself or for gift purposes; freebies only on personal events/reasons; etc.- Commercial use may include: any uses obtaining profit with the artwork; printing; selling products with the design; any sort of marketing or promoting with the artwork for business purposes; freebies for shops or small business; etc.

✦ What will be provided by the artist:- Different high-quality resolution files: one with the background of choice; one with white background; and one with no background.- Final piece will be sent via email or google drive in PNG. If you need any other type of files, let me know so we can discuss it.

✦ Alterations & Process:- I will be in contact with you throughout the whole process, asking for feedbacks and approvals. It will be provided updates and opportunities to request alterations at the sketch and color stages:- Up to 3 check-ins for alterations at the sketch phase;- 1 more check-in at the colors phase, just for requesting changes within the colors. (No alterations in the drawing itself after final sketch is approved.)

- If the client desires more alterations than allowed, an extra fee per extra check-in will be applied. No alterations after final rendering is started.- Alterations do not include starting out the art from zero again. Once the idea is completely discussed and agreed in details, payment has been received and the references is provided by the client, it’s not allowed to change the request. Only request adjustments and small changes throughout the given number of check-ins.- Alterations on final piece not allowed.

✦ Deadlines:- Deadlines for delivery of artwork are to be agreed and respected until the end. The proposed deadline will be assembled in order of requests received. If I finish before the deadline, you may receive the final artwork earlier. No asking for advancing delivery allowed during the process.- Taking too long to respond to my requests for feedback may result in a delay in the agreed deadline.- If the client don’t answer at all anymore within 10 days of being contacted, it will be considered commission canceled with no refunds.

✦ I have the right to use commissions to promote my work on any of my pages and social medias, including my portfolio. If you don’t want this for any reason, or need a NDA project, let me know so we can discuss it. ✦
